Perspire Sauna Studio is my go-to for recovery and reset. The space is clean, calming, and the staff is amazing and the owners are awesome. I love the private infrared saunas and how customizable each session is. I always leave feeling relaxed, refreshed, and re-energized. Highly recommend!

I love how your room is all set up and ready the way you prefer it when you arrive for your appointment. Every employee I've talked to is very nice and helpful. The saunas are top notch and the salon itself is very clean and comfortable. Absolutely love the privacy of having my own room and own sauna.
My only two suggestions for improvement would be:
1. Is there a way for the sauna to notify you when your timer hits "00?" Since I've got my eyes closed I have to keep looking to see how much time is left on the timer.
2. It would be AMAZING to have soundproof rooms, or at the very least a sound machine in the room (like the ones psychologists use outside their doors). I use the sauna for almost mediation and enjoy the peace and quiet for once in my day, but I can hear people talking in the salon so it's distracting for those of us who want silence.
Very glad to have a sauna studio somewhat near my home, because I absolutely love it.
