My experience was the ultimate relaxation that was all set up and ready for me when I got there. I enjoyed the benefits of IR therapy while focusing on self care!! The staff was attentive and lovely to talk with!

Loved the red light an infrared sauna. Was very accessible and easy to use, and Ruby explained how to use the facility with refreshingly casual precision.
Further, I noticed some nice benefits lightness and soothed tension soon after completing my first session.
It was no surprise that I felt a heightened urgency to hydrate immediately after, so I also loved being able to access LMNT electrolytes to hydrate and restore my senses to prevent any potential dehydration symptoms from surfacing (of course any water of your choice will do, but do I think the brand's electrolyte ratios have been ideal for quicker recovery).
Overall am definitely excited to return and discover what other new benefits there might be both in the short term and longterm. Thank you!
