I was referred to Perspire Sauna Studio from an employee of mine. I have been going there for about three years and the service is still awesome from the first day I started, even as our lives get busier by the day. I can come and relax with an option to pick the blue, red, green, orange and other healing lights according to the needs for my day. For example, if my body needs healing, I can choose the green light to get me back on track or if I'm feeling sluggish, the red light to detox instead. You can truly feel the difference, and from my experience, it's worth every penny. The manager also has a first time special for just $20.00. Hope to see you there soon!

From the moment I stepped in I was greeted by your wonderful staff! They gave me a tour, explained how everything worked and even got me a ponytail holder because I forgot mine! The red light was perfect while I sat in the sauna and watched the TV, but the snow shower... h that snow shower was fantastic! I made the whole 45 sec, which feels so much longer, but I did it and it felt amazing! 10 out of 10

Perspire Kyle has a wonderful staff that are friendly and sure to have rooms ready upon arrival. It has been great to have a sauna close to home that I can visit for stress relief and to help with healing lower back inflammation from a herniated disc. Happy to have Perspire in Kyle!
