I have been using you for several years!! my carpets look brand new after you clean them! The man that came out this last time did the best job I’ve ever had done and have requested him to always come from now on! I have very light carpet and all spots were removed. My stairs were exceptional! there have been times in the past where the carpet was left too wet, but this last time they were dry in a very short time! my appointments have always been right on time and appreciate the several reminders of my appointment coming up. Zerorez leaves zero opportunity for any other company to be used in my home!!

I’ve used ZeroRes before, and have been satisfied with the thorough cleaning and quick drying.
In my recent cleaning however, the were a couple of spots that initially looked clean, but as the carpet has dried seem to be still there.
Any recourse? Maybe it’s as good as they will get.

I normally brag about you but you have new ownership. And noe your shampoo around furniture. I have always move things to clean my whole carpet. To preserve them and give them a longer live span. This is the second year now where you cleaners came out to my apartment and did not bring your form pad. Because you only shampoo around things and no longer need the form pads. But in doing so. I have made apiomtments only to have to reshedual them because It had move everything out away from the walls and your cleaning guy had not brought the necessary form pads to put the item on when moving thing back. I have been with you for a very long time. But your new way of doing things has fustrated med terribly. And the last first set of guy that came out saw that I had moved thing away from the walls and they just without any warning got in their truck and drove away.??????????? Never said they were leaving. And the date I set up this appointment was critical I needed this job to be done before it got cold.
So now I would not refer you to others. I hope you consider the way you do things in the future.
