Great technician

The service was very good, friendly service and efficient. He was very good at explaining why our furniture couldn’t receive cleaning because of the kind of material it was. The carpet and rugs don’t have the chemical feel after cleaning, very nice.

Customer service

Nate was very articulate in cleaning my carpeting. He answered to all my questions. I was very happy he was able to get rid of the prominent stains that I had tried with Nature's Miracle.
I was very happy that he worked with me keeping the magnetic screen cover over my front door as it had to be open for the hoses to come in. I have a tree next to my house which houses bees and I am allergic to them and cannot risk having one come in. So Nate helped me put it up securely to give me peace of mind.
Finally, my carpet looks brand new and it dried up within 4 hours after he left.
I will always use Zerorez for my carpet cleaning and I hope I get Nate the next time I call in to schedule.
