The technicians were very helpful. My apartment was too high up for them to use their usual setup, but they came back the next day with a portable set up.

One downside--the carpets stayed wet for longer than I expected.

Adam came to clean my living room carpet on a Tuesday, After it dried, it "woke up" a coke stain from several years ago. He came back and treated that spot again with only fair results. Last night he again returned with an "extractor" and was able to get it all out. I am so grateful since my home is going on the market soon.

A friendly staff.

The service technician, Rannie, did a phenomenal job cleaning my carpets. An area that was heavily soiled with pet urine, he was able to completely remove with a pad extraction. Not only was he very knowledgeable in what he does, but very personable.
