I like that my carpets get a great clean that dries quickly, and is safe for pets and kids, without the use of harsh chemicals that leave the carpets feeling dry and crunchy and leave a residual smell. It is safe to walk on barefoot or in socks, even while still wet, so I don’t have to vacate my home or refrain from moving about while it dries. The pet urine treatment extracts the crystallized urine out of the pad, not just the surface of the carpet, for a sanitized clean. The upholstery cleaning extends the life of my furniture, and the area rug cleaning revives the vibrancy of the colors of my rug.

I don't remember who did our floors the first time, oh so many years ago, but Matthew, our cleaner extraordinaire, was beyond professional, in that he openly covers all items and questions with enthusiasm. We really enjoyed and appreciated him. He represents your company very well.

I just had my entire main floor carpeting fully cleaned by Zerorez. Due to my dog’s sneaky activities, I needed one room redone and deeply sanitized with their pet protection and pet sanitizer. The extra attention Ted gave to that room was phenomenal! I couldn’t figure out where the problems were. Ted used a black light to find the “active urine spots”. He was literally on his hands and knees with his nose to the carpeting. There were several specific spots that needed to be redone twice. The point is, he did not leave until he couldn’t smell anything but clean freshness. I also did the same as he, with my nose to carpeting. Tex made certain I was satisfied before he left. His attention yo detail was appreciated. He also gave me hints on what to continue for prevention. This is my third time using Zerorez. It’s worth every penny for a fresh clean home.
PS. My pooch is banned from that room now. ;)
