I was very happy with the appointment availability. No long waits. The technician, Zach, called when he was on his way. Arrived timely. He was very nice at professional, explained everything. I had stairs and had an area rug cleaned. He was very careful to protect my stair banister, very clean and tidy during the process. Even though I didn't have a big job, he made me feel my business was just as valuable. Stairs and rug look great. I couldn't be happier. I would highly recommend Zerorez Las Vegas!

We love ZeroRez! The technicians are great and always so friendly. Only complaint- the last few times we've had you guys out, I've had to call and request for a follow up appointment due to dirty water lines being left throughout the house. Other than that minor inconvenience, everything has been wonderful.

You were recommended by a friend. We were happy with the results. We moved all the little furniture so more rug area could be shampooed. It was a tough job but the Zerro Res employee did a good job. The job was started late so we were not able to walk on it till Midnight.
