Techs know what they're doing! I can count on them to give me advice about stains, drying, moving furniture, etc. Making an appt is easy and is always met.

The employee who worked on my carpet and furniture was the best I have ever seen. I am 71 and have used many carpet cleaners over the years, but none were as good as the employee assigned to my house this time. Polite, professional, and a very hard worker!

The online booking service was easy and very convenient. The company sent the confirmation and reminder via text message and email which was helpful as well. They also sent a text message letting me know the approximate time the technician would arrive. Jordan came on time, being careful, and was very professional. After the service was done, he asked me to check if I was pleased with the cleaning or if there was any other concerns. He was happily to clean the spotted area(s) that needed more attention. Overall, I am very happy with the service from Zerorez.
