The Technician was professional and helpful, moving some of my heavy items. I liked that he was quiet and did the cleaning. He advised me to look at each room before he left, which I did. The carpet is getting older, but it looked really clean and nice.

Zerorez is great! Our office smelled wonderful after they left and the floors have never been cleaner. One piece of advice to help make things a little clearer to customers is the window of arrival for the technician. When I booked my appointment, I was told the tech would arrive at 8:00am and I would receive a call 30 minutes before arrival. My tech didn't arrive until 9:30am. The 8-11am time frame that is on the confirmation email is a timeframe of when your tech could arrive. I would make sure when booking clients that they are aware of this. other than that. Everything else was great!

The service technician did a great job on my carpets. I couldn't be happier with the outcome. It was pretty cold on the day the service was provided, the technician placed a tarp on the door to help keep the cold out/heat in.
It did cost more than I anticipated however, I will absolutely use Zerorez the next time I have my carpets cleaned.
