I love the specials you run for carpet cleaning and my carpets are always looking good after a cleaning! The carpets are much dryer after a cleaning when comparing to competitors and the employees really seem to care about the job they do.

Only one green spot in the sewing room carpet this time, and that's a big improvement. Unknown origin, but they only develop after the carpet have been cleaned. We have to cut the carpet to eliminate them.

The first guy that came didn’t do a good job. So I called zero rez and told them and they sent another guy out. His name is Mekal Lawson. He made sure everything was done to my satisfaction. Very good customer service skills. I would like for him to come clean my carpet and tile from now on. You want someone who cares about satisfying all the customers service that I paid for. I will always use zero Rez for my carpet and tile needs.
