Zero Rez provided fast, friendly service that was high quality.

I like that it’s just water that’s used. The only thing I don’t like was I was told the carpets would be dry after 6 hours and even 24 hours later they weren’t completely dry.

I like being able to drop off my area rugs and pick up. Cost is consistent with other vendors.

6 year old carpet looks fantastic. Service was was to arrange, on time and tech was extremely detailed in the process and very courteous.
