My service tech on June 5th was outstanding. He went above and beyond to explain all the processes he was going to use and worked the entire day and into the late afternoon without taking a break. He ensured that all of the pet stains were removed from the carpets and then explained post-cleaning all the things that he had done. Outstanding work by this young man.

The technician did a fantastic job on the bedroom carpet. Only thing I have to complain about is that I was quoted a price of $105 and was charged $180. The mix up with the dates has me concerned and also I had a coupon for $30 off my next cleaning which would of been Friday, June 5th, your mistake not mine as I had to cancel the May 29th date and then I rebooked The June 5th cleaning for Saturday June 6th. I was able to schedule online. The representative texted ahead of time , and was prompt and polite. I pointed out an area of concern and he pre-treated with a spray. He got right to work-back bedroom, front bedroom, hallway and living room. The carpet looked so much better. I let the ceiling fans run until dry. Unlike a competitor who used chemicals that irritated the soles of my feet, once I changed to Zerotez, I have become a repeat customer of Zerorez. The pre-treated area cleaned up nicely. Thank you once again for helping me live in a cleaner, safer home.
