We have used ZeroRez for several years now. We like how clean the carpets stay between cleanings and Most IMPORTANTLY the lack of toxic chemicals in the products!!
This cleaning was the very best ever! Logan and Chase worked really hard to make our carpets look great!!!
It was a warm day but that didn't keep them from putting out a lot of effort. After the cleaning, topical repellent and raking, the carpet looked brand new. I personally LOVE the raking and consider it very important in the process. (I'm very glad it is part of the topical repellent process but wish it still a part of the normal cleaning process) They worked hard to get out some pet stains.
Overall they are the best team of Zerorez employees we've had here. Logan was training Chase and doing a great job explaining in detail how and what to do and WHY!! And Chase didn't just watch, he listened and applied all the information

Great service!

John and Tom were friendly and professional. They got the job done fairly quickly and well. They offered an additional service, carpet protector, for both carpet and my upholstery. I like that Zerorez does not use harsh chemicals or soaps. I also like the open availability compared to other businesses.

Angel did a fantastic job on my carpet. I have never had it cleaned professionally was very satisfied and would highly recommend Angel.

The technician was wonderful. I rent a house with a very old shag carpeting. The stairwell was filthy from grandchildren running in and out. Some spots were so horrendous that I had put carpet cleaner on, which did nothing, and then I resorted to dish soap., which made an even bigger mess. As you can imagine that created a very big job for the tech,but it was spotless when he finished! The rest of the areas came out beautiful as well. He suggested a spot protector for the stairs, which I was definitely up for. It was a great experience. I’m extremely happy with the outcome. I highly recommend Zerorez.
