My carpets still look great and the smell in my apartment has improved. The technician was very professional, patient and completed the cleaning quickly. My only concern was I scheduled for an 8-10 am time slot and the technician arrived close to 10 am and wasn't able to start until after the time frame. All in all I didn't mind the wait for these results.
