Miscommunication on arrival time but overall happy
On time and carpets very clean and nice.
We were very impressed with the quality of the work done by Al. He arrived promptly and carefully explained each step of the process. He was very efficient and pleasant to work with. In the end, took my husband through each room and showed him what was done. Our carpeting is old, worn, and shows traffic patterns and fading in areas. Yet we were both pleased by how clean it was and how much it brightened up.
