First, we want to say your technician, Tyler K. was an amazing young man, he was so professional and an Excellent Worker! We scheduled for tile cleaning in our Guest Bath, Living Room Rug, Bedroom Rug. He cleaned and sealed our Guest Bath, we were SO PLEASED, we had him do all the tile in our condo! It looks NEW! Next, he cleaned our Living Room 9' X 12' Wool rug! IT LOOKS LIKE NEW!!! Our bedroom and hallway rug had not been cleaned in years! We have a 15 lb. dog, It looks amazing!
We love Zerorez! When Tyler finished he used Rug Protectant on all our rugs! Needless to say, Our Condo looks and smells New! We have our Spring Cleaning Finished!

I loved the professionalism and the fact that you do not use chemicals. After 2 hours the carpet was perfectly cleaned and the house was not smelling !
I like that your service uses no/low fragrance cleaners. Our technician asked me specifically what I was trying to accomplish with the car upholstery cleaning, and we decided that since the main problem was a lingering fragrance, that he would clean with just hot water. The fragrance level has now been lowered to a level that does not cause me to react to it. Very grateful for his attention to detail.
We needed carpets cleaned ASAP.. We got an appointment the next day. Omar, a very friendly, knowledgeable fellow, arrived early. Carpet was clean about the time he was scheduled to arrive. Very happy to have it done well, quickly, and smoothly.
I could not have asked for a better tech than the one who cleaned our carpets on Friday… Not only did he show up on time, he was kind enough to text me when he was finished so I could come back to lock up the house… Since our house is empty right now, there was no reason for me to stay around so I ran a few errands while he was cleaning the carpets… He actually waited for me to return home before he left, just to make sure the house wasn’t left unlocked before I got back… A wonderful and very friendly young man!!!

Travis was amazing , very professional. Explained everything well and took photos to educate us on the system. He also told us about an excellent filter system but unfortunately we are not in a position to purchase that at this time.
