The first thing we liked about the service was the use of no chemicals for cleaning. The communication before the arrival of the service team was amazing. The staff was very knowledgeable and explained the process very well. The carpets felt so clean after the cleaning. The carpets got a new life!! Overall we like the service and will highly recommend.

Amazing service & our carpets look like new!

Z Rez did a great job on our carpets, also had them clean our dryer vent, when they came to do that it was freezing and raining, they did the best they could due to the weather but could not get it totally cleaned out. They followed up when the weather was better, sent a crew over and got all that left over lint totally cleaned out. Outstanding follow up and service!
