Carpets are clean; they look and feel great. Carpet technicians are courteous and competent. We've used Zerorez in the past and it has always been a straightforward and noncomplicated experience (we help by moving most items out of the way to make it easier for them to clean). Two thumbs up.

Got appt fast & on a Saturday! He was on time & explained everything. Offered other services in the future like duct cleaning & was courteous. Finished in very quick time. I think the company should send 2 people when possible though. I had most stuff moved & he helped me with the remainder. I live alone & I'm 69 years old. I am strong enough to do it but many are not & the employee shouldn't have to by himself. Just a suggestion. My carpets look wonderful!!

Great service all around! I booked online - selecting my services, date, and time range. The quote stated may change once site was evaluated in person. I received a courtesy called when they were 20 minutes away. The gentleman walked the areas and explained I had a room bigger than 250SF and it would have to count as an additional room or I could cut the room off at a certain point if I wanted prior to proceeding with service. I also had a stain on area rug, that he explained process of no guarantees of coming out. So much attention was given to my rug with detail to work the stain out and I am very pleased with the results of the stain removal as well as the cleaning and care taken during the process of my home.
