This is the second time we have used Zerolrez to clean our carpets and, as always, they were fantastic. The technician was exremely polite and courteous and he did everything we requested. We have used other carpet cleaing services in the past but Zerorez is easily the best we have ever used. Highly reeommended.
Arrived on time. The technician thoroughly explained the process and optional services. The work was done quickly and booties were provided for when we had to walk on it before it was dried. The cost was compatible with the service provided and the carpets look great. Efficient and professional.

The bad areas on the carpet look new again, and the service was excellent.
Do not soak the rugs which then takes 4 days to dry yet your process does an amazing job. Want to also say Merrick our technician, was incredible. All areas came out perfect, especially the stairs and area rug which I have to say were not done as well by past technicians from Zerorez. He took all precautions to prevent damage to furniture, walls and our beautiful wood floors. Would rate him a 10 plus. Sandy Southard
