This was my 1st time using Zerorez. I had a few friends tell me that they used them and were very pleased so I decided to give them a try. Technician called a while before he was on his way and when he arrived he was professional, kind and explained everything. He even covered my door which had to be because of hoses being used. My carpet was not in very good shape, at least 14 years old. I did not expect much but I would feel the carpets were at least clean. I was so surprised, they looked so much better and smell so good. I am very glad that I used Zerorez and would recommend them and use them again. I had used other companies before and was disappointed in the results plus they tried to sell me everything under the sun. You would NOT be at all disappointed with this company.

Tech was great
The two Zerorez employees, I believe their names were Jack and Armandis, were very pleasant and prompt. Jack who was very knowledgeable was training Arlandis who seemed very capable following instructions. They both listed to me as I pointed out stains and followed through in a very pleasant manner.
I would definitely recommend Zerorez, especially these two excellent representatives of your company.
