Tyler, the cleaning technician was really polite, thoughtful, thorough and did a superb job. He answered all my questions and asked twice if I had any more questions. Zerorez is the best.

They did a great job cleaning carpet… we had a pet visit our house who had a couple accidents.. we tried to clean but smell came back. They treated with pet products and so far smell is gone. Tech was very informative about there process and what they could to if smell returns… other thing was how fast carpet dried because of process they use . I would definitely use again.
