Your representative, Patrick was very nice and a good employee. I had a room that was treated for dog urine, since, I have had several different service companies come to the house and wanted to verify if what I smelled in that room was still an order left behind and they did agree. I am disappointed as I had payed extra. That has no bearing on Patrick.
