Jacob and Courtney did an amazing job! They began by walking through all of the areas with me. They looked at (and smelled) every little stain, and then recommend a course of action. They weren't pushy on any upgrades and answered all of my questions. They then cleaned all my carpets in one hour. They removed stains that previous carpet cleaning companies had not been able to remove! My carpets look brand new again!!! We had an excellent service provider in Kieran at Zerorez. Our carpets are amazingly clean, and there was no residue or smell. We had a few spots appear several days later and he came back and took care of those. I highly recommend them.
