She had to correct some errors made by the customer service person on the phone who booked the appointment, and she explained things very clearly.
She knew the limitations that had not been explained by customer service (i.e. wool carpet needs to be sent to a third party).

I had a heavily soiled area on my carpet and he was able to remove it. I was so very grateful for that and eliminated me potentially having to replace the entire carpet in the room.
