THE TECH WAS RIGHT ON TIME AND GAVE ME A LIST OF OPTIONS THAT WOULD WORK FOR THIS JOB. WE MADE A PLAN AND OFF TO WORK HE WENT. IN ABOUT AN HOUR ALL WAS DONE AND WE HAD CLEAN CARPETS AGAIN. AND SINCE I AM NOT THE MOST TECH SAVVY PERSON, HE COACHED ME THROUGH THE PAYMENT APP. ON MY PHONE VERY EASY ALL IN ALL.

Wow! Where do I start?

First, ZeroRez acknowledged my estimate request quickly and followed up for scheduling. They answered all my questions in preparation for the technician's arrival.
Next, there was excellent communication as the appointment approached. On the day of the work, I was kept up to date on arrival time, etc.
The tech arrived on time (during the earlier part of the window).
The tech, Corey, was polite, professional, and pleasant. He helped me confirm the estimate and explained the cleaning process.
Now, the best part: Corey spent nearly three hours on a 360sqft tile cleaning. He cleaned it completely twice and hand-scrubbed the grout lines. He worked like a Trojan until the job met his standards and my expectations.

My family and I moved into a rental that has carpet in the bedrooms. We have family members with asthma and allergies that were triggered by whatever was in the carpeting. We researched options to have a cleaning service come in and opted to use Zerorez. Their process was absolutely wonderful! The carpet was mildly damp when the tech was finished, which helped to alleviate the potential for mold to develop. The rooms smelled fresh vs. fragranced. What a difference it has made!
