I have had ZeroRez clean my carpets three times and they have consistently did an excellent job. Zach was here last week to remove some pretty bad stains from the carpet in my bedroom, and the stain was completely lifted! They are a small family owned company which I tend prefer over chains. They have excellent customer service which means a lot to me. Zach was professional and very knowledgeable, and I really appreciated the time he took to explain things to me.

Amazing results!!! I was beyond surprised when our cleaning guy pulled out all of the stains from our recliner. It had years of neglect and he made it look almost brand new! All of our furniture looked refreshed and had a light pleasant smell afterwards. My only regret was not having this done sooner. Excellent job and customer service! Will be using them again.
