I was impressed with the prompt service. They were here the next day. They cleaned our dryer vent. At first I was a little apprehensive about the price until I was aware of what all it entailed. Kendal was absolutely amazing. He explained everything as he went. We were shocked to see how much dust came out of the dryer vent.

The service men are knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. I only have one complaint this time. When he was here to clean my carpets, I asked for an estimate for my sofa and to clean dryer vent. He told me $135 for sofa and $150 for vent. However, the price for the sofa was $305. I could have been mistaken in what he said but I still think $305 to clean a sofa is extravagant. You cleaned 3 rooms of carpeting for $169. Also, I had a $20 coupon to use but forgot about it and have no way of redeeming it now because I paid by check.
