Cost was a little higher than expected, but we had more pet areas to be worked on than we originally thought, so additional was reasonable. We were very happy with the scheduling, special requests, job and care of the job performed, time it took, and dampness left/time to dry completely (for December time of year, during rain) were all as expected or higher than expected. We were completely satisfied when the tech left and that has not changed after he left.

Zero Rez always does an incredible job. I've never had a bad experience with the results nor with the technicians who come to our home to do the service. Our recent experience was wonderful. The gentleman was very thorough and did an amazing job! I do not have the document he left behind with me at work, but I believe his name was Anthony (however, it is Monday so please don't hold me to it :)

Great experience, (again!). Technicians were through and did a wonderful job. I also appreciated the honesty that their carpet cleaning system wouldn't work on my specific couch fabric. This saved us time, money and headache.

Our technician was great, very professional. He showed up on time, was efficient, and out of here in an hour. Process was easy!

The cleaning worked well for our home, and the tech was knowledgeable and kind to help us out!

First and foremost was the ease of connecting (with a real person) via phone to schedule our appointment vs an automated AI system so many religating there customers to do.

Secondly the pleasant manner your Rep. allowed us to reschedule our appointment to the following week as we couldn't keep our original date for personal reasons.

Third reason for our convenience we received the call promised by the Tech when a 1/2 hour out confirming his ETA.

Fourth by the professional,pleasant, manner Kevin C. introduced himself at the door and went about his business inspecting the rooms and asking if we had any questions before starting.
