My technician was very professional and courteous. He gave me a few options given my circumstances for an optimal cleaning. He also gave me tips to make sure a quick drying time. I was impressed with his knowledge and the explanations he gave as well has how he was able to illustrate the value of the add-ons without it feeling like it was an upsell or high pressure.

I recently had my couch cleaned and ducts cleaned. There were 2 visits to the house. All the technicians were profession and did an excellent thorough job. Highly recommend.

I had a wonderful experience getting my carpets cleaned by Ryan. He was punctual and very professional. He did a thorough job cleaning but was efficient and made the process so easy for me! My dog also loved his gentle demeanor. Will definitely call you guys again!

My only suggestion is asking for a “tip” for carpet cleaning is ridiculous. I’ve had mine done several times with different companies and have never experienced this. It really will make me think twice about using Zerorez again. Talked with several friends afterwards and they all agreed.

That being said, the service was great and my technician deserves all the credit.
