The carpet dried exactly as he told us it would, and we really appreciated the extra care he took with the rooms that had the older carpet. We feel like we can gat a few more years out of it!

I was very pleased with the process for scheduling and estimating the service. The technician called ahead as promised and arrived promptly thereafter. After a short walk through and answering any questions he went right to work and was finished in a timely manner.
