Anyway, I would like a full refund, and for Jack to come back and put all the dirt back into my carpets. He didn't tell me that my place would lose that heavy, funky musk that made it feel like home, and I want it back. Now it just smells clean. Ugh.

What I like about the service/products of Zerorez is that you service my area, and your business is dependable! Zerorez employs the best and the employee who came to my home was professional and knowledgeable about the products and services he was about to utilize. When I initially called to get estimate and possible appt I spoke with Liz. She was very pleasant and made the call feel like a friendly neighbor call. Appt was was schedule within a few days. We had a basic carpet clean. Mark our cleaner was friendly and professional. Went over options prior to the start, called prior to arrival and had an easy smile. Our carpet looks GREAT. I felt the price was very reasonable and definitely worth it. I have already recommended them to friends. My only "if only" would be, I had asked if my neighbor, who recommended Zerorez to us could earn any future discount for referring us and was told there was not any.

I appreciate that the carpet is treated before starting to extract and I also appreciated the care taken to explain what it was that he was doing it each step of the way. I thought I had vacuumed very thoroughly with my Kirby vacuum. Yet when the scrubber came along, it was clear it did more than the vacuum did. As to the carpet protection, it's the first time I've gotten it. But the reason was because he demonstrated how it works with a material paper half coated, and have not. He had me run it underwater and take note of the dryness. Also rubbed it a little on both sides to show how it protects the fibers from breaking off. I had not seen this before so I appreciated the protection to my carpet due to heavy traffic areas, older carpet and spillage that happens in our home.
