The service was very easy to schedule, and the technician who came out to do the work was exceptional! He talked me through all the services that were offered, not just the ones I needed that day, and he answered my questions in detail. He was cheerful and friendly, and he did terrific work. I will absolutely recommend Zerorez to others and will schedule services for my home in the future.
How professional the whole process was and even spent time showing me how dirty the floors were and what the process looked like to cleaning them.

Dominic and his assistant are what excellent customer service is all about. All questions were answered, the job was explained, cost was quoted accurately. They were respectful of my home. And they worked hard to clean 2 spots that I thought could not be saved.
The traffic patterns are gone, the little spots are gone, the big area that was packed down and as hard as a brick is gone!
The technician was very nice and concern about me being satisfied with the cleaning of the carpet.
Our service tech, Jordan, was extremely prompt, efficient and very accommodating. I am always so pleasantly surprised on how he brings the carpets back to 'life'!!
