First, they are the only company that returned my call, and they returned it promptly. Every single person I spoke to was kind, courteous and knowledgeable. They were willing to work with us on an 'accelerated' pickup time (I called that morning to see if they could pick the rug up before noon - they made it happen and were even early!) I haven't gotten my rug back yet, but I'm certain it will look 100 times better. I will definitely use their service again.

The technicians were great. We have four light-colored, upholstered dining room chairs that had a lot of grime build up over years of almost daily use. I had tried cleaning them myself with water and liquid dish soap but it never worked. We also had a big name carpet and furniture cleaning company clean them. That helped just a little. We were ready to pay to have the chairs reupholstered but after Zerorez cleaning, they look almost new! The difference is quite amazing.
