This past week we had ZeroRez come out to clean our upholstery and carpets before putting out house on the market. We have a cat, so we needed a really good cleaning and a pet treatment to make sure all traces of our cat were gone from the house. We also had a few discolorations/stains that needed treating. The two technicians that came out (I'm so sorry, I cannot remember their names) more than delivered on this. They were friendly and good humored. We walked through the house for them to see every area that needed to be cleaned, and they asked questions and made suggestions to make sure we were all on the same page. They also walked me through each expense on the invoice before they started cleaning for full transparency. I appreciated their thoroughness and expertise, and the work they did was outstanding. They exceeded my expectations.

The service is excellent. The rug comes clean of the pet stains and there is no residue to clollect dirt. I have used them several times and am always pleased. The cost is reasonable as well.
