The natural products allow for a mild and welcoming atmosphere. I love that my carpets dry faster than other major brand companies I have used in the past. Another bonus is that there is no residue left on my carpets.

I have aiways used Zero Res but this last time I was upset with the service and strongly indicated that. they were quick to respond to ask how they could regain my loyalty and came out very quickly to fix all the areas I was concerned about. The areas that I was concerned with were not dirt stains but burn stains on the carpet. please ignore my previous communication and take it off the web site if you can
