The technicians were prompt and very nice. No messing around. They came in and got the work done and before they left cleaned up after themselves and everything was spotless.

The guys were great and helpful, very friendly. The protected our wood floors and painted trim at the entry and upstairs, when they cleaned the carpet downstairs. Downstairs was berber carpet, which can take a while to dry, but it was dry the next day.

It was easy to make appointments, straightforward to view all the options, clear about the costs and the worker came on time and act professionally. Almost everything was good except for some minor improvements. The comparison photos can be better if send with labels of before and after side by side. Some of the photos are not very clear. The workers helps clean up with decent job. It is better to make us aware that the process will be quite dusty.

Sal and Ben did a fantastic job cleaning my carpets today. I have light colored carpeting that has been hard to clean in the past. Today my carpets look brand new. This service is the best I have ever had. They really know what they are doing and with two people, they are fast and efficient. I will definitely have them back again in 6 months to do it again.

Kendall did a great job cleaning my rugs and upholstery. He also pointed out areas that he worked on but couldn’t get 100% stain free. Everything looks brand new. The process was quick and not really disruptive.

Your process uses no shampoo. Your technician was on time and called when he was near. Your technician was friendly. The carpet looked very clean when the cleaning was complete. The carpet dried quickly.

My carpets are 17 years old and David was able to get them looking refreshed again. Everything smells wonderful and carpets were dry in about 4 hours. There were some tough stains in one bedroom and I was shocked to see how nice that room looked.
