What i liked about my service with Zeroex was that they are prompt and respectful of time. They are also very kind. What I didn't like is that my agent was not accommodating. I did not move any furniture therefore he had very little square feet to shampoo therefore I asked him if he could make up the difference and shampoo one small flight of stairs (5) small stairs and he stated he could not and because its a high traffic area i really needed it done so he charged me an additional $35. That will make me consider calling them the next time and try someone else. BUT I would recommend them to someone else.

Techs Kendall and Albert did 2 services, a thorough cleaning of ducts and dryer vent in my 8 year old investment, rental townhome. They carefully explained every aspect of their process, answered all my questions about products, and I added the electrostatic duct spray option, upon their advice.
They both kept me posted throughout, updating me on how areas had looked before and then after their services. Then they cleaned up, leaving my townhome spotless, rental ready!
Kendall and Albert were prompt, early even; great communicators; well-organized and knowledgeable about the ZeroRez system, services and products. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a more sanitary and much safer home.
