The carpets were cleaned so well and in a timely manner. The customer service was excellent. The technician recommended ZeroRez products to extend the life of the carpet and get out stains.

The products themselves are not that impressive once the carpet dries some of the dirt seems to reappears in some areas. That’s about 5-10% of the cleaning. I would have thought some of these areas would have lifted with the scrubbing the Tech was doing.

The technician, Ryan, was very friendly and did a great job with cleaning the carpets in three of our rooms. There were a couple spots that seemed like set in stains that he was able to get out and have our carpets looking good as new. You also can’t beat the pricing!
