The technicians are knowledgeable and friendly. I have always been pleased with their work.

They work extra hard on soiled areas until you are pleased with the results. My carpets are odler so I have them every 9 months.

The product did an excellent job on the carpet. Someone else had came in to clean probably two months prior couldn’t get the stains up zerorez came in and it’s completely clean very impressed with my rep Merick Davis I would highly recommend you ask for him to have your place clean very very aware of personal item and making sure all the furniture had plastic and little blocks underneath so it would not stain. Just wish there was a quicker way it would dry, but it’s clean and that’s what I really want

The technician, Joshua, who provided our carpet and tile/grout cleaning was excellent. He was very professional explaining the products and process in detail. He phoned ahead, arrived on time, and completed the tasks efficiently. I am so impressed with Zerorez that I plan to have my carpets and tile taken care of by Zerorez regularly.

The appointment was easy to schedule.
The worker was able to come earlier, and sent a text with regards to time change. That worked out well!
The worker was friendly, and did a nice job!

The treatment was able to remove pet stains that had been unseen under the bed for possibly 5 years or more. Also ink stains were removed. The carpet is 17 years old and I was considering getting it replaced but decided to try cleaning as a less costly option, I'm glad I did, I think having it cleaned adds years to the life of the carpet.

The technician Chris was very knowledgeable about the services and products offered. He was very professional and did an amazing job. He also didn't pressure us to make upgrades to the service. I highly recommend Chris.

I can’t really comment on the products since I’ve got no knowledge of them. Although they must have been good. But, I can comment on the service. The gentleman that came was very knowledgeable and professional. He went above and beyond in areas that needed the most attention.
