Crew did a great job, very knowledgeable, efficient and didn't make a mess. I had my air ducts cleaned along with my carpet. Only suggestion is to make sure that specials are not being advertised if you have discontinued the offer. Currently on the radio promotion you are adversting free tile cleaning with the completion of three carpeted rooms, but now it is 50% off instead of free for up to 100 square feet

I'm am entirely impressed with Zerorez. Tah Beresford did an incredible cleaning job on two EXTREMELY dirty and soiled sections of flooring -- one carpeted, the other untreated wood. There is no way I could've EVER done such a thorough job myself had I rented carpet cleaning equipment from Lowes or elsewhere. A friend came in the next day and exclaimed at how much better everything look AND smelled! I won't hesitate to use Zerorez again, and I'll definitely request Tah if he's available for the job!
