The two service agents were amazing. We had our entire house (3 bedrooms, stairs, landing, living room, loft) cleaned. Every spot is gone and everything dried completely overnight. This enabled us to put furniture back and get on with our day. The service agents were professional and thorough. I can't say enough good things about Zerorez.

I think the fella that cleaned our carpets name was Scott. He was very polite and professional. He explained the procedure thoroughly and went right to work. The carpets were nice and clean when finished with no residue. The drying time was just as explained. Completely dry by the next morning.

Our Technician was very friendly and knowledgeable about the kinds of carpets we had. The service and quality of our cleanings was top notch. My mother-in-law had her carpets done recently and I was there for that service as well, and was very impressed. I would recommend Zerorez to my friends and family.

Ease of scheduling

I needed some wool area rugs cleaned quickly with no time to send them out and Zerorez was able to get to them within a day or two. Morgan, the tech who cleaned my rugs was straight forward in telling me that the deepest clean requires sending the rugs out, with in-home cleaning only addressing the top 2/3 of the rug, but my schedule was too tight for that. Nevertheless, when Morgan was finished, the rugs looked brighter and it was nice to know they were fresher and more healthy for visiting grandkids who spend a lot of time playing on the floor! Morgan was professional, knowledgeable, very pleasant and efficient. Will definitely look to Zerorez when it's time to have our other carpeting cleaned.
