My tech did a great job and was very personable.

The two technicians that came to my house did a very thorough job of cleaning my carpets and took the time to do the job right. Zerorez was recommended by my sister as the best carpet cleaner that she has tried with long lasting results. It's only been a week, but so far, I agree with her.

Excellent service. Quick response. Timely arrival to both the estimate and cleaning service. The cleaning g results were much better than expected on the 20 year old carpet. Both the estimator and service peers on were friendly, professional. & efficient.

Pierce called to see if it would be ok if he came a bit early as he was running ahead of schedule. He arrived just when he said he would. He was very polite and carefully pretreated spots. The carpet looks great.

They were on time. Walked around to see what I wanted done. Pointed out potential trouble spots . Went right to work and completed in no time. Travis was amazing!!!!!

We’ve used the carpet cleaner twice, both times were great. On time both times and service was quick and friendly. The one negative is apparently the cleaning solution used does leave the technicians footprints On hardwood/Vinyl floors. It took about 30 minutes of scrubbing to remove them.

I was very satisfied with my carpet cleaning, and I will use Zerorez again. The tech, who cleaned my carpet, was very professional.

Zerorez did a great job on my home's carpeting. The level 1 cleaning did a great overall cleaning, then had Level 2 service on a few ugly pet stains drew out the grime & ick. Very pleased, wish I'd called sooner!

The two gentlemen that cleaned my carpet were running very late. They kept me informed during the time in question. It was not a problem for me to delay their arrival. When they did get to me they were very apologetic. I said, “don’t worry my carpets still need cleaning!” They proceeded to do an outstanding and very thorough job. After the carpets dried and I could inspect them, I was amazed at how good they looked and felt.
When I was paying them we discussed the other services that they provide and I will definitely use them to clean my hardwood floors and my dryer vent. This is the second time I have used Zerorez to clean my carpets and I have already referred them to my friends.

Hyatt was very personable and knowledgeable. Although he did have to make a return trip for some strange stains that appeared (old carpet) but he got them out and they have not reappeared. I like the fact that there is no sticky residue when it dries.
