Our tech was double booked and running way past our service time but Zerorez compensated for the inconvenience without having to ask. The tech was very nice and professional and the carpets looked so much better than when another company had “cleaned” them.
I've been using ZeroRez for 5+ years. I've requested the same rep every time, Stephan B. The quality of work he does is amazing. He is very professional and courteous, and explains what he is doing. I have a male Yorkie that likes to mark. Stephan does a great job with the pet treatment, and I'm always amazed that the stains and odor are gone. This time I also had him clean my area rug and cloth sofa. Awesome results!

It’s nice to be able to schedule quickly. The technicians are also very nice and knowledgeable. The products itself. I kind of feel that the deodorizer should be part of a regular cleaning. My carpets tend to go back to smelling the way they are a week after the cleaning.

Jaylen ( I think that was his name) was excellent. He was polite and courteous. He explained a lot about how the stains get formed such as sugar and grease from food. Some stains were lightened and some removed. I can't expect miracles on 20 year old carpet.
