The gentleman was very nice. He answered our questions and told us about what the company uses and how the process works as this was our first experience with professional carpet cleaning.

I have used several different carpet cleaning companies. Zerorez has given me the best results! Both times I have used your service the service tech was outstanding. They were knowledgeable and professional. Gave me advice and explained what they were doing. When he arrived Saturday, there was a part that broke on his equipment, within 10-15 minutes his manager was there with the part. The manager was just as nice!
