The only thing that I would like to add or suggest is perhaps having the price in which the customer is quoted is also relayed to the technician so that there's no question as to what should be charged or what the customer was quoted. And if the charge needs to be changed then thst can be explained to the cudtonrr as to why

The service provider, Travis Johnson was very good and made sure that all the walls, wood floors and doorways were protected from the equipment. He was very thorough and made sure everything was cleaned and I was satisfied. I like the products and the fact that the carpets are not left super wet. Everything was dry and about 8+ hours.

We like the clean carpets and grout, but are disappointed with the fact the workers are instructed not to move any furniture or any thing, not even lightweight objects, to help clean more thoroughly.

carpet looks soo much better than then before the cleaning. You guys get out stains I didn't think would come out. Carpet was dried within 24 hours which was sooner than expected. Guy who came was professional, informative, presented the possibilities well and concisely; surface vs deep clean and he was quick.
