Mekal did a great job. He was on time and cleaned my carpets perfectly. He was thorough and made sure everything was done to my expectations.

I believe my technicians name was Anthony, he was absolutely great! He did a very good job of cleaning the carpet and explained what issues I was having and what I needed todo to keep my carpets looking good. Very polite and thorough, I would definitely tells others about the service.

I was very pleased with my air duct cleaning. The technicians that provided the service were professional and polite. The lead person explained the services I would be getting as well as give a run down of the current state of my units. The total was communicated to me before any services were rendered. I can certainly tell the difference! I would definitely recommend this to anyone thinking about cleaning out their ducts.

I have used Zero Rez a few times, and I have always been impressed with both their service and the knowledge of their technicians. The techs who come to the home are professional, courteous, and clearly experienced, which gives me confidence that the job will be done right.
On my most recent visit, I pointed out a spot on the top of a swivel chair cushion that needed special attention due to natural body oils from contact with the head and neck area. Unfortunately, I did not notice that, that area did not appear to be addressed when the cleaning was completed, which was disappointing.
That said, based on my overall experiences with Zero Rez, I would still rate their service a 10 out of 10. Their technicians are knowledgeable, their customer service is excellent, and I will continue to use and recommend them.

Prices were reasonable and when they left everything was cleaned up. Highly recommended.

Thank you for a great experience for our dryer vent cleaning. The two technicians were knowledgeable and professional. I really appreciated that they made certain the dryer was properly vented and working well. They cleaned the area very well. They secured the hose to the vent which had previously been vented incorrectly. This could have become an electrical hazard so we are thankful the situation has been resolved by the Zerorez technicians. Look forward to scheduling future services very soon.
