My wife, who was at home, when the young man from ZeroRez arrived, was very pleased with his politeness, and knowledge of carpet cleaning.
I arrived home shortly after the cleaning was finished, and was impressed with how the carpet looked as it did when it was installed in 2022.

Jeremy was very friendly, personable, and efficient. He called to see if he could come earlier than our scheduled window and it worked out great. He was able to clean a mysterious stain that we had on our carpet as well as get our high traffic areas looking good. Jeremy cleaned up after himself and our carpets look great!! Great team of Matthew and Gus. In and out in about an hour for 3 rooms, closet and 33 foot hallway! Absolutely removed stain/dirt/dust from our 25 year old berber carpets!

I like the absence of any chemicals or detergents. The empowered water does an excellent job of cleaning the carpet. I have used them for every cleaning of my carpets in my home for the past 8 years and have never had any problems. In addition their personnel are extremely professional, neat, knowledgeable and efficient.

Day of service the very professional and polite technician Timothy called me to say he was on his way while he was here. My carpets are so clean and soft without any cleaner residue. All the doggie odor is gone too. The tech was on time, asked me what I wanted and explainer everything he was going to do. I am completely satisfied.
