Jay came on time. He was very personable. Very good about wearing the booties in the house & concerned where our cats were which we really appreciated. He did a great job cleaning our carpets and we had one chair that needed to be cleaned and it looks like new I love the fact that the cleaning is done with water.

My son recommended that my husband and I use Zerorez Tri-Cities to clean our carpets. When I saw a representative, Rosa at the Home Shoe in Pasco this year, she made it so easy to schedule an appointment. Their estimated cost was very good. The day of our appointment, Zerorez stayed in contact with me to give me an estimated time for the arrival of the cleaner. When he arrived, Josh introduced himself and I immediately liked him. He was polite, easy to converse with, and was interested in the job to be done. Josh asked if I would like to have the protection put on my carpets and I quickly confirmed that it was a great idea. Josh did a phenomenal job cleaning, and in the future, I would request Josh. Josh and Zerorez get a 10 rating from my husband and I!
