The tech did a good job cleaning our carpets, but we had a few concerns. Zerorez later asked if we were satisfied with the work that was done, and I told them it could have been better. They offered to send a tech back at no cost to us, and we took them up on their generous offer. The tech reworked a few areas of concern to us, and when he was done, our carpets looked great! We are quite pleased by the follow-up from Zerorez, and by the additional work that was done! We will be using their service again, and we recommend them to others.

Feels and smells clean.

I had them clean the entire upstairs carpet which they did a beautiful job. I have since sent two large area rugs to be cleaned. Braiden the representative sent out was very honest and explained the different processes there are for the area rugs involving pet odors, and pee pee. The prices were awesome in the customer service is wonderful.
I would highly recommend this company to anyone wanting their rugs, cleaned with honest input.

everything except that i was told u intend to double the price i have been paying for a couple of years + as u realize the carpet is wool. willing to pay 1/2 again as much but if double then i will have to find a new vendor. please resolve so i can stay with you.
