All good. Tech helped me move big chair out of the way
Bravon
Your employee!
Reliable, responsible and reputable company.. very easy to work with, reasonable pricing and excellent completed work… highly recommend!
No chemicals
Workers are friendly, polite, careful & do a thorough job.
Super easy and convenient online appointments without any hassles.
They supply their own special water, which turned out great as our outside water was shut off the day of our service, due to road construction. This feature means I can schedule in the winter as our outside water is turned off in Oct thru May.
Quick easy service. Quality workmanship and great cleaning.
Ryan did a great job on our carpets!
Attention to detail and curtious employee
Friendly efficient and good pricing
2nd time using Zerorez and everything went perfectly. So courteous, punctual an efficient.
Thank you!
Absolutely the greatest in all ways!!
Your team is absolutely amazing. The guy who took care of us (at 5085 Alfingo 8/27) was incredible. He had mechanical issues with his truck and with a backup truck that arrived and he stuck with it, fixed the issues, and did a great job for us. He’s terrific and will be a reason we call Zerorez again in the future.
The technician, Jessie, did a great job! He was very thorough and I appreciated him wiping up any water that was on my wood floors, keeping us safe from a slip and fall. He was very nice, extremely polite and professional.
Good customer service. Timely schedule
Nontoxic process.
Friendly staff,
Brett was friendly and took great care not to bump into the baseboards since we just had painting done. He removed every stain and the carpet looks like new. Carpet was mostly dry in about 4 hours.
Staff was friendly and took off the extra setup charge on site when he realized it was unnecessary. Floors sufficiently cleaned for a reasonable price.
The young man did a great job! Thank you

Carpets look great, stains removed. Friendly, professional service from Josh
Excellent service. My carpets look wonderful now. The cleaners were pleasant and efficient. Arrived on time, explained the process and worked in a professional manner. Highly recommend this company.
The technician was prompt. He went to work right away and was finished very quickly.
The stains that were numerous, either disappeared entirely or were left barely noticeable.
I love that no harsh detergents were used and all that remained was a very clean carpet at a good price.
high quality
Love how quick and professional everyone is and that the products are non-toxic.
Branden was terrific. He told me a lot about how carpet protection breaks down over time. I will ask for him specifically next time I need the carpets cleaned.
