I had a fantastic experience with Zerorez Des Moines. The scheduling process online was simple. I received a confirmation text a few days prior, and then a call from the team the day of the cleaning. Angel arrived on time, and did a wonderful job explaining the process and answering my many questions. He was clearly knowledgeable about every detail pertaining to carpet and upholstery cleaning. Not only was Angel a professional and an expert, he was also exceptionally kind and genuinely helpful and reassuring. I watched him work in passing and it was astounding how thorough he was. He went above and beyond when I asked to add on a service last minute. He worked with me to make it happen.
