I had a fantastic experience with Zerorez Des Moines. The scheduling process online was simple. I received a confirmation text a few days prior, and then a call from the team the day of the cleaning. Angel arrived on time, and did a wonderful job explaining the process and answering my many questions. He was clearly knowledgeable about every detail pertaining to carpet and upholstery cleaning. Not only was Angel a professional and an expert, he was also exceptionally kind and genuinely helpful and reassuring. I watched him work in passing and it was astounding how thorough he was. He went above and beyond when I asked to add on a service last minute. He worked with me to make it happen. The carpet cleaned very well with the solutions Eric used. He even got some spots out that a previous cleaner couldn’t get out. My carpet is 33yrs old and other than the small traffic pattern it looks new. Eric was impressed but it was good quality carpet when we installed it.
