Carpets were professionally cleaned. My major issue is having to vacuum and move different items around. At 77, that is hard. Perhaps an additional small fee to do these things if requested.

CJ, our technician, was very professional, communicative and hard-working. he took the time to explain to us the nature of the problems that we inherited from the previous owners of our home who had two dogs. He showed us how and why "flooding" the pet bio spot would work to get rid of the residual stains. Two days later, things have completely dried and our carpets look brand new! Thanks to CJ and Zerorez!!
