I like the entire process. My carpets come very clean and it seems to last longer than when I have used other companies. Their technicians are very knowledgeable and helpful. They seem to have good promotions that I can afford. My carpets was dry within a couple of hours!

They were very friendly and very informative about what I needed as an individual for my move out process of my old apartment. Definitely going to be using them again in the future. They are also very reasonable with pricing as they were cheaper to use than Stanley steamer.

I waited a few days after our carpets were throughly dry, to reply to this email. We have used many different cleaning companies over the years, and Zerorez seemed to get the best results, in cleaning. I heard about this company on the radio, listening to Bill Cunningham promote it on his program. Our service tech was thorough in the cleaning process, and very knowledgeable in the company itself. We had major gray jr. clean our carpet stairs and upstairs rooms great job great price. We have 1000sf of tile downstairs that’s 30 years old. Had it cleaned and sealed. Looks like brand new. So cool. My wife makes me wear socks or house slippers now okay very satisfied. Thanks Major
