Carpets looked great when the work was complete but what I liked the most was the quote over the phone stayed the same when the technician arrived and he didn't try to upsale me on more products, services or warranty's. Simply showed up (on - time) did a great job and didn't try to sell me more services.

Somehow, Zerorez get these carpets cleaner than any other carpet cleaning company that I’ve tried. I have tried many competitors. Zerorez does the trick every time, and dogs living in the country get extremely dirty!

I have been using Zerorez for the past several years and am usually very happy with how amazing my carpets and rug look after a cleaning. This last time I did notice that they weren't able to get all of the dirt spots out of my rug which was odd because it usually looks brand new after it has been cleaned. Overall I still think I will continue to use Zerorez
