Your tech Xavier was great! I love that there is no residue. Years ago I purchased your cleaning powder and use that for spot cleaning. I still have some left, but I hear you no longer sell it to your customers. You should bring that back, it's the best way for us to clean spots in between cleanings.

Santee - Great Service. Very happy with the result and he worked very hard in focusing on high wear spots as well. Would always recommend Zerorez, with a clean carpet result, not one from another provider that leaves a crunchy carpet with dried soap residue.

We had a good experience with Zerorez. Them communication was good and when we needed to make contact over the phone, staff answered promptly and gave us informative answers. Our technician Matt arrived early and worked hard to get our carpet cleaned. Our only reason for not giving them a 10 id that we wanted blocks under a dresser and armoire that were too heavy to move. We wee told that our technician would bring them along. Matt said he didn't have them.

Lastly, we learned that other companies clean the baseboards when doing the carpets. That is not done by Zerorez.

Ty and his partner were very professional and knowledgeable. They explained everything to us in detail. They were very careful in our house.

Isaish was early which was great. Professional and pleasent. Overall everything looked great, the carpets and the large sofa. The two small loveseats are old, worn and stained so he did what he could which was an improvement with the exception of one cushion top, shows strips of discoloring. It looks like a stain remover was used but left it discolored in stripes? If someone would reach out to me I can show a picture of what I am seeing. Overall everything was done great and would definately refer friends.

The non-toxic / non-odorous products used and the technician are great!

Our tech, William, was super nice, friendly, thorough, dedicated to doing an awesome job and he did. He called before he came, the showed up promptly, and ready to work. He explained how the process worked and even information about the company. He covered all spots with spot remover and then proceeding to clean the carpet. It smelled so nice and clean and you could watch the difference in the carpet as he cleaned it. They had a great special on the price and we are completed happy with the outcome. When I was looking for a carpet cleaning company both my husband and my brother told me to call Zerorez after they heard of them on the radio, and I am so glad I did. I have already recommended them to my brother and will to others. Thank you William and Zerorez for a great technician that enjoys his job and excels at it and the company for a great product and service.
