We set up carpet cleaning in my son’s new house. Just wanted them clean and fresh before they moved in. The technician was so knowledgeable and could see they had not been cleaned and had urine stains in several rooms and they sprayed a deodorant on to cover the smell. He explained our 3 options and why one was better than the others. We had him treat the urine in the carpet to remove it before he cleaned them. We were amazed to see the light brown carpet become light gray while he was cleaning it. The carpet looks great and smells so fresh and no chemical smell. He explained how and what to use on the urine spots on the baseboards and walls. He explained that a throughly vacuuming when dry would get more dirt that was lifted from below the carpet. We chose Zerores because they are a local company and don’t use chemicals making it much better for breathing and for the environment. Best decision ever.

I had an unusual vomit stain on my light carpet. Chad could not promise he could get it our completely. It was a black stain from my bedside to the sink in my bathroom. I was amazed and delighted with the results.
