On time professional company
Zerorez is affordable as long as I wait for a really good special. Their scheduling is flexible. My technician, Gerardo, was knowledgeable and pleasant. He made one small oops but I'd give him a 10 anyway. I hope I can request him next time. Please remind all your technicians to wipe up any moisture left on hardwood floors.
Everything about it was smooth, as promised, and great customer service!! All around a great experience and great turn out!!

Does an excellent job of cleaning my carpets
My Master Technician Evan was the best part. He had great communication, was professional, super knowledgeable, talked me through the process since it was my first time with Zero Rez. Told me about some of the services I might want to consider in the future, gave me after-care instructions, and did a great job. i was surprised that there wasn't tons of water left behind like I have experienced when I do rugs on my own. I will definitely not only seek out Evan again, I will tell more of my friends to use Zero Rez. For many years JEREMY from the radio show always spoke about this company. It resonated with me, I don't listen to him at all any more but remembered his endorsements. He was right to be the radio-face of Zero-Rez! Thank you Evan! Zero-rez is lucky to have you!

Several good points about Zeorez:
1. We were given an accurate quote over the phone, and scheduling was easy.
2. We received follow-up to remind us of our appointment and how to prepare for the tech's arrival.
3. Our tech, Colton Bassett, called us when he was en route, arrived on time, and answered all of our questions before he began work. We enjoyed meeting him--very personable!
4. Colton worked incredibly fast and efficiently. We were impressed that he cleaned our carpets, tile in our kitchen and entryway, and walk-in shower by himself, in less time than we had anticipated.
5. The results of our Zerorez service are amazing. Our dirty tile and stained grout are sparkling clean; our carpets seem to be a different color now that they have been cleaned. We brought our next door neighbors in to see the difference, and they asked for Zerorez's number. We anticipate you will get at least a few new clients from our neighborhood.
In short, we are extremely pleased with the service and the results we received from Zerorez. We will definitely call again and will ask for Colton!
