The tech was very professional and educated me about what/why he was doing it. He took his time with our sectional and seemed like he enjoyed doing it. He made sure that I double-checked his work to ensure that the service met my expectations. Zerorez truly set the standard for services like this. I don’t believe I would use anyone else if they are in the area. Very pleasant experience!
